Buyer – individual that has over 18 years old / legal person or other legal entity that issue an Order. (electronic, phone, etc) Seller / www.artisanatunique.com, – is the trade name of Independent Contractor Puiu Cosmin, having its headquartersin Bucuresti, 57thIuliu Maniubldv., building OD16, D ap. 163, Sect.6 Bucuresti. CUI: 32485834, registered number J40/4531/19.11.2013. Goods – any product, also documents and services mentioned in Order, that will be sent by IC Puiu Cosmin throughout the website www.artisanatunique.com, to the buyer. Order – electronic document that interacts like a way of communication between www.artisanatunique.com, and as Buyer, using www.artisanatunique.com, agrees to send and deliver the Goods, and the Buyer agrees to receive these Goods and and pay them. Contract – represents the contract signed between www.artisanatunique.com, and Buyer, without the presence of the two parties www.artisanatunique.com, and the Buyer, at the same time and place. In the case of online payments, the Seller is not/can not be held responsible for any other suplimentary costs borneby the Buyer, including but not limited to currency conversion fees applied by the issuing bank, if the issuing currency is different than ron. 5. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

If a Good and / or Service ordered by the Buyer, cannot be delivered by the Seller, the latter will inform the Customer/The buyer on this fact and will return to the Buyer’s account the value of the Good and / or the Service, within a maximum of 10 ( ten ) days from the date on which the Seller became aware of this or from the date on which the Buyer expressly expressed his intention to end the Contract.

10. BILLING – PAYMENT
10.0. The price, the method of payment and the term of payment are specified in each Order. The seller will issue to the Buyer an invoice for the Goods and Services delivered, the obligation of the Buyer being to provide all the information necessary to issue the invoice according to the current legislation. 10.1. The seller will send to the Buyer the invoice related to the Order containing Goods and / or Services sold. 10.2. For a correct communication of the invoice related to the Order, The buyer has the obligations to update whenever necessary the data in his Account and to access the information and documents related to each Order, existing in the Account. 10.3 The price is clearly shown on the website www.artisanatunique.com, this does not include: transportation, special wrapping, personalization or other elements that implies modification of the product shown on www.artisanatunique.com. 10.4 Payment of the ordered products from artisanatunique.com can be done:

11. DELIVERY OF GOODS

12 WARANTY
12.0. All Goods sold by ICPuiu Cosminbenefit from warranty conditions in accordance with the current legislation and the commercial policies of the producers. The goods are new, in the original packaging and come from sources authorized by each manufacturer. 12.1 Waranty of all ICPuiu Cosmin’products is6 months + free service. If the product gets deteriorates within 6 months upon receipt, ICPuiu Cosminundertakes to repair it or to replace it. Accidents, scratches, deteriorations, wrong usage or abuse are not covered by this warranty. Transportation costs are borne by the Buyer.
13. Return of product
13.0 Artisanatunique.comaccepts the return of products according to OUG 34/2014 regarding Consumers’ Rights, products bought through the online shop www.artisanatunique.com commay be returned within a maximum of 14 days from the date of purchase. Customers can notify the store that they are giving up the product without paying any penalties. Valid only for individuals Valid for online, telephone and personal pickup orders in Bucharest. The returned products show no signs of use, are in perfect working order, have the original packaging and accessories in perfect condition. 14. TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP OF GOODS
14.0 The ownership of the Goods will be transferred upon delivery, after payment by the Buyer at the place indicated in the Order (delivery being understood as the receipt signature on the transport document provided by the courier or the receipt signature on the tax invoice in the case of deliveries made by the Seller’s staff).
15. LIABILITY
15.0 The Seller shall not be liable for damage of any kind which the Buyer or any third party may suffer as a result of the Seller’s performance of any of its obligations under the Order and for damage resulting from the use of the Goods and Services after delivery and in particular for their loss. 15.1. By creating and using the Account, the Client / User / Buyer assumes responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of the Account data (user and password) and for managing access to the Account, and, to the extent permitted by the legislation in force, is responsible for the activity carried out through the Account or. 15.2. 18. APPLICABLE LAW – JURISDICTION
18.0. The current contract is under the Roumanian law. Any disputes between ICPuiu Cosmin and Customers / Buyers will be solved amicably, or in case this is not possible, the disputes will be settled by the competent Romanian courts in the Municipality of Bucharest.
